THE OVERVIEW
Offered for an appreciating new owner is this SPECTACULAR 1967 AUSTIN HEALEY 3000 MKIII CUSTOM REPLICA ROADSTER!
Finished in graphite carbon fiber over gelcoat gloss black with grey and black interior, this exquisite little roadster is California registered with clean and clean California title as a 1967 Austin Healey. At the heart of this Cobra-competing beast is a 383 cubic inch V8 stroker engine [approximately 400 horsepower!] with Brodix heads, Edelbrock manifold, custom pulleys and serpentine belt setup mated to a 700 R400 4 speed automatic transmission with torque converter lockup. This VERY healthy dose of American V8 power is put to the pavement courtesy of front and rear coilovers and Ford 9 four-link rear end, headers and 3 exhaust. Stopping power is provided by Wilwood four wheel disc brakes! Other noteworthy features include roll bar, BRAND new Yokohama tires mounted on staggered size Centerline 15 polished alloy wheels, JVC CD stereo with Pioneer speakers, Ivemar custom aluminum dash panel and trunk mounted fuel cell.

The exterior, trim and underside of this fiberglass-bodied Austin is in fabulous condition throughout worthy of attendance at any local classic car showing!
THE INTERIOR
As I hope is articulated in the photos here, the interior of this automobile is in very good to excellent condition overall. ALL gauges, stereo, lights and blinkers are in excellent working order. There is no horn, the heater is disconnected and cosmetically it is in excellent condition with the exception of some wear and staining on the carpet and some other light wear spots.
NOTE:
the bucket seats are in a fixed position that work best for about a 5'-8 frame.
THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE
Piloting this Austin Healey is a raw, visceral and heart-stirring occasion with blistering acceleration and thundering exhaust note from the stroked 383 engine, strong and direct shifting transmission, natural and responsive non-assisted steering and taut but not punishing suspension.
