This ad is for a partially finished 2007 Sebring MX5000 Austin Healey replica. This is a 2007 model that has not been completed. It is made up of ALL BRAND NEW parts. It is NOT road ready, but it runs, starts and stops. All the lights and electrical systems work.
Here is a list of just some of the NEW items that did not come with the kit:
New Ford 302 engine
Clutch, pressure plate and flywheel
Tremec 5 speed transmission

QA1 coil over adjustable shocks and springs

The only thing not included is an exhaust system, emergency brake cable, one door window, the convertible top frame [I have a used one for a pattern and all the fittings (new)]. A brand new black convertible top IS included with the car. It will also need an additional electric fan for the radiator. The mechanical fan is too far from the radiator. The hood will need to be repainted and the hood latch installed. I have the matching paint.
This is a kit that has not been completed. This has the same boxed steel chassis as the Ford Cobra reproduction cars made by Classic Roadsters II, it also features a solid steel floor pan.
I have the original origination sheet from the manufacturer, which is required to title this
once it is completed.
I will only sell this as a package. It runs and can move under its own power at this point.
I would consider trading for a nice rust free classic car. A 64 or 65 Thunderbird is at the top of my interests, or a Datsun 280z or ZX.
If the car sells locally I will end the auction early.
