This 1971 Austin Mini was originally made for the Australian / New Zealand markets. Right hand drive. Green exterior, white roof, original olive green interior. Tan seats and panels, newer black carpet kit on the inside. The strong 1100cc motor has been bored to 1300. This car moves! I've owned it for a short amount of time, but have had nothing but fun in it. The mechanicals are sound and the 1300 cc's give you all the power and then some that you need to get through traffic or cruise along the highways and byways. An absolute blast to drive!
Paint is great on the outside, with very little bubbling or staining. Some scratches and pits per usual. Interior paint has gorgeous patina with wear marks in the usual places.This is one of the coolest cars on the planet and incredibly fun to drive.
The Aussie flush pulls and the outboard door hinges make it very unique and desirable. There is a lot of time, money and passion that went into restoring and maintaining this car. It needs absolutely nothing but a new home. For any additional info on the car please shoot me an email.
