Terms of Sale at The Toy Barn of Goshen: All pre-owned units sold by the Toy Barn of Goshen are carefully inspected for safety prior to sale. Additionally, all units receive (at a minimum) an oil/filter change regardless of how recently the previous owner serviced it. If for any reason the vehicle has any known problems, we will list those in the description so the potential buyer can make an informed decision. Please read all terms and conditions before you bid. Zero feedback bidders are requested to contact us before bidding. This vehicle is being sold As-Is with No warranty expressed, written or implied, unless there is a Manufacturer's Warranty. However we do offer warranties for any customer that would like to purchase one above the sale of the vehicle. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection there with. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. A fee totaling $223.50 (Documentation, License, and Title & tag) will be added to the final auction price of the vehicle. We guarantee that all of our titles to be clean and clear of any liens. We do not sell vehicles that have salvage or reconditioned titles. Indiana is a title holding state. An Indiana title can take up to 21 business days to process. We will provide you with a temporary 30 day tag during this period. If you are a resident of IN, there is an Indiana mandated sales tax that charged by county. Check on your states DMV website to see how your state will collect tax for the purchase. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end this auction early due to a local sale. Thanks!
