We are assisting the Owner of this automobile who has been recently transferred overseas because of his employment. The car is located approximately 20 miles West of Washington D.C.
Item Description- 105.133 miles. Car has recently had $3500.00 worth of work completed including front brakes, including rotors and calipers, fuel pump and new stereo. This vehicle has been pulled out of extended storage and will yard drive in its present condition however it is not ready for the road. . The car revs up good thru mid and high range-however does not idle well. The transmission shifts and it stops well when we move it in and out of our building. Car has a very straight body along with good chrome and stainless trim. All front and side pieces are in good condition with only the rear window showing some slight fogging at the bottom most edge. The car appears to have been painted in its original color at some point and is peeling/crazing in spots on the roof, rear deck lid and edges of fender as shown in photographs. We could not find any rust to speak of especially when the car was placed on a lift. This car has an excellent rust free undercarriage/rockers and sills. Interior is completely intact with fading and checking of the leather. The drivers seat has on small hole on edge of the cushion as shown in pictures. The dash pad is not cracked. Good rugs. Several of the electric windows are slow to respond and follow through going up and down. Car has good tires with approximately 40% remaining tread. A/C is intact and switches on but is not blowing cold. The varnish & veneer on the interior door top pieces and dashboard is delaminating as shown in photos. These are rare luxury cars with nice examples pushing $30k. This is a very solid car worthy of restoring to it's former glory. Car is offered As Is Where is with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied and with all faults known and unknown. Car will convey with clear title. Item must be paid for within 7 days of auction conclusion and removed within 10 days of auction conclusion..
