Things that need to be addressed:
Front windshield crack $120 anywhere ( does not need to be changed immediately)
Check Engine Light on for an O2 Sensor which does NOT need to be replaced since emissions is exempt for vehicles before 1995
SRS and Brake sensor lights on due to faulty sensors cheap fix $30 (do it yourself)
Its not a brand new car will have little things here and there which is common for any vehicle this age. Other than those very minor issues the car is an absolute pleasure to drive! E36 has been rated the best car for 10 years from Car & Drivers Magazine. Engine Transmission and suspension rock solid! Has been well maintained and garage kept since brand new.
