I also had a local BMW shop inspect it when I got it home from the dealer, just to confirm. I can provide that inspection report for you if you want it.
M Sport package - a $3K optionPremium package BWM Performance Edition: a factory power kit, increases horsepower & torque - you can feel it!Paint is in really good condition, but not perfect. The car is used and if you look close, you can find minor blemishes. But, as you can see (or not see) by the pictures, they really are minor.
Purchased in December 2014 and really enjoy it, but need to sell due to an upcoming home purchase. This car is as-good-as or better than what you will find at many dealers without the dealer/salesman hassle.

If you use online tools to price this vehicle, please keep these items in mind:This vehicle is in excellent condition and I have the inspection reports to prove it.Even though this is a private party transaction, given that this car is a Certified Pre-Owned BWM with a BMW backed warranty, you should use the certified used pricing to compare. I have only seen this on kbb.com.None of the tools I've seen have the ability to price the BMW Performance Edition option. That increases the vehicles value beyond what the tools will show.If you are comparing this to all the other 335's out there and would be happy with something without the particular features this car has, I'm sure there are less expensive cars to be had. You don't find a used cars like this with all the options it has. When I was looking for something with the M Sport package, there was only this one in a 500 mile radius of where I live. Finding one with the M Sport package, the performance kit, xDrive, and a CPO warranty for another 2.5 years is pretty rare.
Documentation Available
I have a significant amount of documentation available on this vehicle that I can email to you if you are interested. Included would be two inspection reports, an options list showing every option the vehicle has, the CPO certificate and other warranty information.

Ok, on to the hard stuff...down payment is in almost all cases not refundable. Please ask any questions you have first! I understand this is likely a big decision for you and I'll make myself available to answer any questions you have. I can also provide a lot of documentation on the vehicle. So, you should

this car before doing so on ebay. If you use Buy It Now and choose to back out of the deal or don't complete the deal within 7 days of using the BIN, it's your loss. I'll work hard to respect your time and ask that you do the same for me.
The only way I will refund the down payment is if something I've specified or told you turns out to be incorrect and you choose not to continue the transaction. For instance, if we find out for some weird reason that the CPO warranty isn't transferable (I've checked and it is), then I'd give a refund of the deposit. Or, if you inspect the car and realize there are defects I haven't disclosed (they aren't), then I'd also refund your money. But, barring some significant omission or incorrect statement on my part, or the vehicle being in a significantly different condition than the description and pictures I've provided, the deposit is not refundable.
Transferring the CPO warranty: there is a $200 fee that needs to be paid to transfer the CPO warranty. You will need to cover the cost of this. I was going to cover this cost initially, but since I've lowered the price of the auction considerably, the buyer is now responsible for this fee.
