Up for auction is a 1999 BMW that was recently PURCHASE FROM A donated to a national charitable foundation and is being sold with LOW RESERVE.
The vehicle is equipped with a 6-cylinder engine and automatic transmission. The seats are BLACK and appear to be in decent condition, although the driver seat has a rip please check the pictures, but a good detail will make a huge difference. The exterior of the vehicle is black and is showing signs of wear and tear. It has dings and scratches. Please refer to the photos included in this auction for more description details.
This vehicle runs and drives, but don't know the full history of the car, any up coming problems buyer is fully responsible.Since its a use auto and its selling AS IS.
Title and DMV
This vehicle comes with a clear California title and its Registration.
Payment Terms
· Deposit can be received within 24 hours of the end of the auction. A 3% fee will be added if paid with a credit card, debit card or through Paypal.com. Full payment is required within three (3) days of the end of the auction.
· Payment in full and ID are required to release any vehicle
· All auctions are subject to a doc fee as follows:
o $150.00 for vehicles under $1, 000
o $250.00 for vehicles over $1, 000 and $90.00 for every $1, 000 thereafter
· Vehicles not paid for in full and picked up within THREE (3) days of end of auction will be subject to a penalty of $70.00 plus $20.00 PER DAY in storage fees (storage fees are not negotiable and must be paid prior to release of vehicle).
· Vehicles not paid for and picked up within THREE (3) days of end of auction will result in buyer’s privileges revoked and vehicle to be re-listed on Ebay.com
