Clean Title. Are there cheaper examples on ebay? Yes... but check the title. I haven't found a better priced F30 320i (or 328i) that had a clean title.

Locally I have received a trade-in offer of $18k. Make me an offer above that, the worst I'll say is no! Lease expires in September, so I'm not desperate to sell.
NADA Clean Retail is $22, 500.
Throw on a $600 tune and make more power than a 328i at a much lower price
