I am selling my one of a kind 2011 BMW 550i X-Drive. I have had this car for 2 years and it has treated me very nicely, but its time to upgrade. The car is very well taken care of and its immaculate condition shows it. I purchased this car with 16, 000 miles from a used car dealer and have put around 30, 000 with it running perfectly. I also purchased an extended CPO warranty from the BMW dealership for $4, 400 and wheel and tire protection for $1, 200. These warranties will transfer to the new owner. The extended warranty has an outstanding remainder of up to 100, 000 miles or June of 2019!
The car has been professionally painted by me in a new exotic ZTN Hypershift pearl that was recently released and it looks absolutely stunning. The original color of the car is metallic grey and the original paint is in exceptional condition, I have many photos of the car before it was painted. The paint used is called Plasti-Dip and it is a temporary removable paint that peels off when you are done with the color. It will last about 3 years before reaching its end cycle and can be peeled away easily by anyone in under 30 minutes total. Please go to dipyourcar.com to fully understand the paint product. The car does carry a rebuilt michigan title because of an incident involving a total loss from insurance. The car was involved with a flood in which the engine was damaged. The car was bought from insurance auction by Motor car export in Brighton, MI who buys and rebuilds cars. The engine was completely rebuilt including rods and other internal engine components, special BMW tools were rented from the BMW dealership to reach certain engine components and I have documents that show all the engine components purchased to complete the repair. Needless to say, the repair was executed perfectly and the car runs flawlessly. BMW engines have many sensors and any error in repair would throw major engine codes and deem the car undrive-able. I was skeptical at first but when BMW told me they would cover me with the extended warranty I decided to buy the car. The car has been running flawlessly over the past 30, 000 miles, always starts and engine is strong, I am confident that the engine was repaired properly. The BMW warranty gives peace of mind as BMW will cover any repairs up to 100, 000 miles or 2019. They have already covered many minor repairs and have put new brakes/rotors and done oil changes for free. You are pretty much buying a car with an equivalent of a new warranty for the fraction of the cost.
Some of the pictures included were before the project was finished and they are just to represent an accurate depiction of the color shifts. The front and rear BMW and 550i emblems are peeled back to stock and look flawless.
