The car was bought as a project car with the intention of fixing it up and making it into a M5 version. I currently have too many projects going on hence the reason for the sale. If you know about the E61 5-series wagon then you know how rare it is to find a manual. They only imported 328 LCI manual 5-series tourings into the US.
The car was always serviced at BMW and comes with maintenance records. Mechanically the car is sound, the shifting is smooth and the clutch feels great. The car car comes with a Dinan's Stage 1 Performance Engine Software. Cosmetic wise it does need a bit of love. As you can see the passenger side doors and hood have some dents, and the front and rear bumper could be replaced / painted.
The car does come with front and rear stock grey bumpers if you want them. Ideally it would be a great candidate M-Sport conversion as well especially if you plan on repainting the bumpers.
