This is probably one of the cleanest '03 540 m sports left in the country. Don't let the age or mileage fool you, this car runs very strong and FAST! We bought it from a dealership in Los Angeles earlier in the year to have a nice car to enjoy leisurely drives with, but a need for some extra cash is unfortunately forcing the sale. The car has the perfect color combination with a silver exterior and black leather interior. All electronics are working and air conditioning is nice and cold. This car has never overheated on us and the only repair we have had to make is an alternator replacement (common for this age) The paint still shines well, rims are in excellent condition, and high performance tires still have plenty of life left. Simply put, this car is mellow enough to be a daily driver, but its a Beast when you want the power out of it!
We have a clear California title in hand and ready to transfer.

KNOWN ISSUES:
There are a couple scratches, some small rock chips on the hood and a ding or two on the car that are hardly noticeable, but this should be expected on any used car, much less a 12 year old car.
The pixels on the radio and dash are starting to go out a little bit, which makes the digital displays a little tougher to read, but other than that, everything works. (If you know these cars, you know this is what happens to all of them, and can be repaired by an electronics company fairly cheaply).
There are a couple drops of oil that collect on the garage floor after sitting a while, I have never looked into the source, but I know it is common for these to leak a bit around the valve covers, and engine seals.
In the trunk, there is a compartment for a 6 disc changer, but it does not seem to be present... I really never tried to use it so I just noticed that today!

A $500 non-refundable deposit is due by paypal within 24 hours of auction closing and the rest due by cash or cashiers check within 7 days of Auction end. Vehicle must be paid in full and picked up within 7 days unless you have made other arrangements with us
before
the auction ends. Any shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer only.
IF THE DEPOSIT HAS NOT BEEN PAID WITHIN 48 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE, VEHICLE WILL BE RE-LISTED AND YOUR AUCTION WIN WILL BE CONSIDERED VOID!
Sorry for the harsh rules, but too many non paying bidders exist on ebay motors and it just wastes everyones time and money!
