The car was very well maintained by Rallye BMW. The extended warranty on the car was expired on September 15 2015. All major services on the car were made at BMW. I have every single record of all services done to the car.
This BMW has an upgraded sound system that came from BMW.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with car. Engine is very powerful and transmission is very smooth. This car is ready for the new owner. I really love this car, but I just have to move to an SUV.

Here is some of the services done by Rallye BMW with date ( as I said, the record from them is available with me and will be handled to the new owner. Also, I have all services done by South Motors BMW in Florida).
Recently, all 4 wheels were recertified by Rally BMW, replaced both engine mounts, flushed the brake fluid, replaced both front brakes calipers and hoses, replaced front rotors, replaced the rear right wheel bearings, replaced all coils and rear brakes.
Last two weeks, I had the started replaced at a professional shop. The started (original) costed me $500 to replace. The front bumper is brand new. The rear bumper is repaired from small scratches and looks brand new. Both bumpers were done 4 days ago.
The Oil (Synthetic which lasts 10k to 15k miles) was changed around 300 miles ago.
Only the windshield moulding (top black joint) needs to be replaced ( because of sun) but not effecting anything.
