The navigation screen is dim but can still be seen (it has a small crack on the screen that put out the bright back light)
It needs a navigation cd
The brake lining will need to be changed at some point (The brakes work fine, we know about the brake lining because bmw's tell you what they need before things go wrong).
Airbag light is on but it has Not been in any accidents. (We do have the Carfax report if needed)

Strong engine and smooth shifting transmission.
It has been well maintained
It drives great.
Everything else is in very good working order.
