Incredible 2015 BMW i8 with the Pure Impulse World (ZPW) package in like new condition. The Pure Impulse World package is the most expensive and includes an Anthracite headliner, BMW i Blue seatbelts, LED headlights and cornering lights, Pure Impulse or Pure Impulse Carum Spice Grey full perforated leather and 20-inch wheels. I'm not putting a huge descriptive listing as you probably know the features of the i8 but below is the Design Sheet from BMW. Additionally, the vehicle has a special 'jeweling' of the paintwork to make the paintwork pop even more and 2 layers of Menzerna Powerlock Polymer Sealant for added protection. If you would like more pictures or pictures of particular areas, please let me know and I'm happy to provide you with requested pictures. Likewise, I'm happy to answer any detailed questions about the car or schedule a preview. Mileage may vary slightly.
Terms of Sale
The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.
Payment Methods
Cash (meeting at local bank), certified check (please allow for bank certification and clearing of check), bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. It is recommended to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.
Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes
All US residents must pay state and local tax, title and license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. All winning bidders are subject any other applicable document, registration, title, and city/state/county fees.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. The buyer can also pick-up the vehicle (if picking car up, I'm happy to pick you up at a local airport). I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. I have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. I welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer’s inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold as is. No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available; please contact local BMW dealership for details.
Notice to Bidders
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. NOTE: Vehicle is also available for sale locally. I will end auctions early should a vehicle be sold locally prior to auction end.
Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email me prior to bidding. I reserve the right to cancel any bids from new bidders with zero feedback.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact me within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, I reserves the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
