Car has a Mass. Title, fully registered and insured.
Car came to me with a “Rebuilt Title” from Ct. (note that this is very different from a “Salvage Title” which would entail one to have it inspected prior to registering). This car has already undergone the “rebuild” and “inspection” required to obtain the “Rebuilt Title”. One can easily register this car like any other new/used automobile.
History, car was involved in a very minor light rear-end accident, no air bags were deployed … have pictures to prove from dealer.
Had car inspected by local mechanic when I purchased back in 08/14 … Only suggested new tires which I replaced.
For the well informed Z3M enthusiasts … The sub-frame is all original, all intact, no signs of stress, factory spot welds are like new … This car was not abused.
Only body panel that was replaced was the trunk lid … All other body panels still maintains their original factory BMW stickers.
Picture speak for them-selves … Body repair and paint work virtually un-detectable.
Only noticeable thing that car could use is a new rear plastic window which are readily available and fairly inexpensive. Small paint area towards the driver’s side front hood near grill is stressed, easy repair if it bothers you.
You will not find a better buy on a “ready-for-summer-luxury/performance convertible” …. Ready to go and drive anywhere.
