For sale is a Dakar Yellow 1995 BMW with a 3.0 liter 6 cylinder mated to an automatic transmission. The car is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. It has never been in an accident and has a clean Carfax report. The clean Autocheck report is included in the eBay listing above. I have a recent Carfax Report that a Car Dealership printed me out. If you want me to email it to you please just send me a message. Vehicle has always been driven and garage kept in Florida and not near Ocean water (no rust issues whatsoever). The first owner had the vehicle for over 17 years and then sold it to his 38 year old son who decided that he would trade the car for a Motor Home not long after he bought it. The gentlemen I got the car from had the entire vehicle painted its factory Dakar Yellow color in December of 2014 because the original paint was faded and clear coat had peeled in some spots (I have before paint job pictures if you want to see why it was painted). All original BMW factory vin stickers are on fenders, doors, hood, trunk. .etc. The paint looks fantastic and smooth. No blemishes or paint runs. It was painted with Dupont Paint (no cheap stuff). So car doesn't even have one scratch because of new exterior paint. I get complimented daily in Boca Raton on how great of condition the car is in. The interior is extra clean with no tears. The leather seats are original and as you can see by the pics are in showroom condition. The leather has never been dyed and feel nice and soft. Carpets are spotless and car smells fresh. No signs of a smoker or any pet hair (I check for these things because I allergic and a fanatic when it comes to cleanliness). Car is garage kept in my home in Boca Raton. The motor runs great and and transmission shifts perfectly. Air condition blows ice cold. All electronics work. The audio system was professionally upgraded with Sony Xplod speakers all around and a Sony Xplod CD/MP3 Player. The speakers are powered by an Alpine amplifier mounted on the top of the trunk neatly (very pro). A new Stellar BMW keyless entry was added a month ago. So the vehicle will come with 2 keys and 2 remote transmitters. No strange noises of any kind. The struts/shocks were replaced recently and the vehicle suspension feel likes new. The front brake pad and rotors are 1 month old. Rear brakes were changed 8 months ago and have 90% life remaining. Tires were installed less than 3, 000 miles ago. 20 year old Silver factory Bmw Motorsport wheels have a couple of scuffs and blemishes but no bends or damage that would mess with how the car drives.What is really impressive about this 20 year old car is that it doesn't leak any fluids. No oil leaks or water leaks! Bone dry! It runs cool and never over heats. Below I will list the recent maintenance within the last year and I do have receipts from shops:

Bidding and Payment Terms
A $250.00 deposit via Paypal is due by the winner of the auction with 24 hours. The remaining balance is to be paid by the winner with a Cashier's check (Certified Bank Check) cash (in person) or money wire. By bidding you understand that I have explained the vehicle as best as I can. If you would like to have a third party inspector look over the car or take it to a local BMW dealership at your cost to inspect, I am okay with that.
I live close to the Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach airport and can pick you up if you fly in. I also live close to the Amtrak Delray Beach train station and can pick you up from there also. If you decide to ship the vehicle it must be paid in full first and then I will work with the transport company you have hired to get the car to you quickly.
I have the clear Florida title in my possession without any liens. It is in my name only and I will provide you with a seperate bill of sale also. It's that simple! Good Luck with the Auction!
