I have been collecting cars for years and it is tough to find another like this one. The car looks and drives incredible. The previous owner was an older gentleman who always covered this car and parked it in a garage. I would rate the Interior a 9.5/10 the seats are in excellent condition, the front seat bolsters are excellent with minimal wear. All functions work and operate on the power seats as they should. The carpet is extremely clean covered with a OEM Floor mats. The Front dash is very clean no cracks, the Rear seats are great. The Exterior of the car is a solid 8.5/10. The body of the car is rust free. It has never been in the snow. Minor stone marks to the front bumper. Front bumper has not been drilled for license plate, the car was ordered as spoiler delete from factory. Tires are only the best Michelin Pilot sports, rears tires were replaced prior to the listing and still have the vent spews on them.
Under the hood the car features the revolutionary S52 Power Plant (3.2L 240HP). These engines have been noted to be one of the best M engines produced by BMW M GmbH. The E36 M3 in the late 90's was known to be the car out performing every car in its class and is one of the most recognized M cars in the market place today. Whether you are buying this for yourself or your son/daughter, this M3 is a true gem. The engine is stock, it has not had any aftermarket parts installed to it and over the years all replacement parts have been OEM BMW Original Parts. Mechanically this car is great for the age and mileage of the car and has always been serviced.
This car sat under a cover in a garage of a BMW enthusiast, before I purchased this car to add to my collection. I do not need to sell this car, but if this M3 goes to the right home I will be happy. This is a true collectable as this generation M3 has now hit the 20 year mark. Age, mileage and condition is the largest contributing factor to this car.
