Once the auction has ended and you are the winning bidder you now own it. This is a legal bidding contract once you confirm your bid on ebay. We will do our best to accurately describe the vehicle to the best of our knowledge regarding it's history. We will include any issues or damage in our description. You must expect some wear to any of the used vehicles up for auction. Unless this is a brand new vehicle the warranty will be either the remaining factory warranty that is left, All brand new vehicles will have the full factory warranty.
