Very nice 2007 X3 3.0si with 104k miles, but currently needs some work in order to be in running condition. I purchased this vehicle recently knowing that the drive shaft was broken and needed replacement but after having it in for inspection, apparently the drive shaft broke open the oil pan when it broke so the oil pan needs to be replaced in addition to the drive shaft. The left rear wheel seems to be seized up which might be a stuck caliper or possibly related to the broken drive shaft.
All other aspects of the vehicle seem fine. Interior is excellent, loaded with heated front and rear seats, panoramic sunroof, etc. It has a new battery and new tires and wouldn't take much to get it back on the road if you are mechanically inclined. It sounds like replacing the oil pan is fairly time consuming and it's difficult to get an accurate estimate of what the repairs will cost which is why I'm selling it instead of getting it fixed as originally planned.
