THE BODY AND TRIM
The exterior of this 2006 BMW is in very good 99.9% rust-free condition overall with nice shine to the paint finish. There are a few cosmetic imperfections including rock chips and minor scratches along along with a scuff on the right rear corner. Overall this is a very presentable and handsome ten year old SUV.
THE INTERIOR
As I hope is articulated in the photos here, the interior of this X5 is in good to very good condition throughout. The lights, blinkers, horn and all other gauges and controls function as they should. There is some light wear and tear specifically on the left side bolster of the drivers seat and some staining on the light colored carpet. Overall the cockpit of this X5 is roomy, comfortable and sporty.
THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE
This 2006 BMW starts perfectly, has excellent running engine with smooth and power acceleration with a hearty exhaust note, crisp shifting transmission and confident handling.
The suspension is stout with good steering. Even in its SUV iteration, this BMW is a very satisfying driving machine!
