Up for auction is my black 2003 BMW Z4 with very low mileage (37K) that I owned since new. I am an avid car enthusiast and collector, and I am very particular about my vehicles; and it shows in this extremely clean BMW. This Z4 has a six speed manual transmission, the large 3.0 liter six cylinder engine, and is fully optioned with all three option packages that were offered.
Premium Package:
Fully automatic & lined power softtop;
8-way power sport seats with 3-way driver’s seat memory;
Cruise control; and
Leather upholstery. Convenience Package:
Automatic climate control with activated charcoal/filter ventilation;
Rain sensing windshield wipers;
Automatic headlights;
Heated seats;
Automatic dimming inside and outside mirrors; and
Elastic nets on right side of center tunnel and on back of each seat (storage package).
Sport Package: Dynamic driving control (sport button);
18 x 8.0 front/ 18 x 8.5 rear Ellipsoid cast-alloy wheels with run flat tires;

There is absolutely
not one spot of rust anywhere on this car. The paint is close to excellent condition with some very small stone chips on the front nose and front of the hood that have been lightly touched up over the years as they have appeared. The original soft top is nice and tight, and is in excellent condition with heated rear glass window. The wheels are also in excellent condition! I am a non-smoker and this vehicle has never been smoked in. It has also never been in an accident! This Z4 has always been exclusively used as a pleasure vehicle and has never been used on a regular basis, which explains the very low mileage. It has never been driven in the snow or salt, and has been keep in a climate controlled garage. It has very, very
rarely been driven in the rain. Never intentionally been taken out in the rain, but has been caught in the rain a few times. It has always been well maintained with regular oil changes, etc., and all the fluids (transmission, brake, & antifreeze) have been changed a few times. The engine starts right up and runs strong. It does not burn, leak, or drip any oil. Additionally, no other fluids leak or drip from the vehicle. The brakes, tires, exhaust system, battery (new this year), etc., are all in very good condition and the interior appears almost new. Everything on this vehicle is in excellent working order!
NOTE: Original early Z4s (2003-06) suffer from a malady referred to as notchy or sticky steering wheel syndrome. This Z4 developed this syndrome and was repaired in 2011 at a BMW dealership at the cost of $3, 200.
