1955 BUICK 4 DOOR PILLARLESS CENTURY SEDAN
This vehicle has just had a bare metal respray to primmer, ready to be rubbed back and top coated. Very straight car, so major or even minor body work issues to be concerned about. Is an original Californian car that had a small amount of rust in one of the front floor pans and also in the rear screen. Both areas have had the rust removed and metal patched.
Interior is blue and white a few rips here and there, but she is all complete. Mechanically, she is running the original nailhead V8, auto box combo that remains in decent condition, with only 90 odd thousand miles on the clock. Hasn't been started for the past 3 months while undergoing the body resto, so will need the battery recharged or replaced.
Most of the chrome is OK, certainly requiring a polish for sure, but mostly OK with the exception of the rear bumper. As per the pic, needs re-chrome or replacing.
The car is complete, apart from the original review mirror and the hood ornament. All the other parts are in the cabin and the trunk, ready for re-installation.
The car is currently at a shipping warehouse in Richmond, California. Personal inspection is possible by appointment before auctions end, but you are bidding to buy, not to look at. So if you do require an personal inspection, please make the arrangements before auctions end.

This vehicle definitely has to be considered as a project, but is a very easy one for anyone with half a clue of what they are doing. Pretty much a plug and play deal with this beautiful old classic Buick.
