You are looking at a 1986 Buick Regal Grand National that was ordered and delivered to Deal & Davie the local Buick Dealer in Susanville, CA for the original owner who owned the vehicle until 2001. The original owner is now 80 years old and he used the vehicle for weekends and vacations and kept the maintenance history on the vehicle in a little red binder with the last entry of 8/18/01 with the stated mileage of 47350. He sold the vehicle to another car guy who used the vehicle for the weekends and local car shows until he sold it to another car guy who had it transported to Alabama to sit in his garage along side a very nice Regal T-Type. I purchased the vehicle from him who was 70 years old and very reluctant in selling the vehicle but the car has now made it to Nashville, TN with 63769 miles on it and I have picked up where the original owner has left off in the little red book with the date, mileage and normal maintenance I've performed on the car.
The Grand National is in excellent condition overall! It's all original and unmolested! Extremely well maintained!
The Grand National is powered by the most advanced high-performance engine offered in a Buick, the 3.8-litre V-6 with sequential-port fuel injection, turbo charged, intercooler engine was designed to perform and it did with 0-60 in 4.9 seconds and quarter mile times of 13.9 seconds. Everything works!
The interior is in excellent shape with the exception of a couple of spots on the headliner that has started to show some sagging but it's minimal.
The exterior is in excellent shape for the lacquer paint being 30 years old and the car being a weekend cruiser! The paint does have some thin spots from years of waxing and there is one spot where the lacquer has checked but non of the areas justify a new paint job. The paint and car look amazing for 30 years old and touching it now would take away from it's originality! I would leave it alone!
A non-refundable PayPal deposit of 2000.00 will be required at the end of the Auction and full payment will need to be made within 7 days. The vehicle will not go anywhere until all funds have been collected. The buyer is responsible for shipping!
