Here's a 65 Riviera, platinum silver with a factory green custom interior. It's a great looking car and gets thumbs up when ever it's out and about. The paint is base coat clear coat and looks very nice, the interior is the original green vinyl and also looks very nice too. The wood veneer has been meticulously restored and really looks fantastic!
This Riviera is a great running and driving car too. It starts right up and runs smoothly with excellent power. The transmission shifts smoothly and it has a 3:23 posi-traction differential.
There are a few things to point out. The clam shell headlight mechanism does not work, r.r. power window is in operable, a/c components are present and the a/c does not work. Although the engine appears that it has been gone through, it is not the original and there is no documentation to substantiate this claim.
This vehicle is currently registered and insured in the owner's name. This is an original California car retaining it's original black plates.
Buyer is responsible for shipping. This vehicle is sold as-is with no warranty. A $1, 000 deposit is due with 72 hours of the close of the auction, balance due before pickup. Pick up is due within 2 weeks.
