Up for bid is a 1996 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon with 111k two owner miles. Collector's Edition like every other '96 Roadmaster. Maryland car until 2005, then Florida - super solid. Loaded up with power everything. Boasting GM's Corvette inspired multiport injected 5.7L LT1 V8 engine and 4L60E 4 speed automatic transmission, she puts down plenty of power. Tow package with 2.93 limited slip rear end (GW9 & G80 build codes). Trailer preparation 'tow package' means the factory rated the car to pull 5000 lbs but these did not come from the factory with hitches so all hitches are aftermarket. This car has a light duty hitch. Delivers consistent 16 in town and 24 highway at 70 mph. Clean history - send me your email address and I'll send you the history report showing lots of maintenance.

Condition Report
ENGINE: Runs on all eight cylinders without smoking, missing or knocking. Engine runs at proper temperature. Good battery & good charging system. Starts easy and runs strong.
TRANSMISSION: Performs beautifully. Engages gears quickly and shifts through all forward gears and reverse with good downshift and torque converter performance. Clean fluid with no burn odors.
EXTERIOR:Body: Body is exceptionally straight - the only notable dings are low on left rear quarter and on right front corner of bumper. View images full size to see details. Above average. Paint: Paint is above average for 20 year old car. Very nice overall - see pics. Wood: Upper wood trim was removed, painted, and reinstalled, so not peeling like most of these are. The side panel fake wood is in great shape (still shiny, not faded). Other: Lower stainless bright trim is mostly in good shape. There are dings on right rear quarterpanel piece. Rubber side trim is all there. Windshield and all other glass are good with no chips, cracks or scratches. Undercarriage is remarkably solid - see the pics - clearly undercoated since new: note shiny paint under most spots where the undercoat has flaked off. Underhood sheet metal in good shape, tailgate sill and door jambs are solid as seen in pics. Hubcaps are in good shape.
INTERIOR: Interior of the car is in very good shape. There are some stains in the cargo area carpet, a small tear on the headliner as seen in pics, and a bit of carpet wear from setting the parking brake. Dash has no cracks, seating areas are great - leather is still soft and not hard/brittle. Carpet in seating area is in good shape. Steering wheel is in nice shape. No smoke or pet odors. Very nice interior overall.
ELECTRICAL STUFF: All inspection items work (lights, horn, wipers, etc.) ALL power options work reliably, including power windows, power locks, power seats, hot heat and cold A/C, tilt, cruise, AM/FM cassette, power antenna, keyless entry, rear window release, rear wiper, intermittent wipers, and rear defroster.
DRIVEABILITY: Drives out very nicely. Steering is tight, alignment is good, suspension is tight. Brakes work well with about 90% lining remaining front, 70% rear (brake jobs on Carfax). Tires have about 30% tread remaining on a matched set of good quality Michelin radials. Solid, quiet exhaust with no leaks. Check engine light is not lit (except at start up as it should.) No complaints - drive anywhere.

Will meet you or your transporter at my location by appointment after 6 pm weekdays or anytime weekends. No administrative fee on this auction. Any other costs - tax, emissions inspection, registration, shipping, etc. are buyer's responsibility - see full terms. 30 days to pick up.
