You are bidding on a 1996 Buick Roadmaster wagon; and it's an original wood-delete car. You won't find a better one for this price. I bought this car in Arizona in 2009 from the original owner when it had 32, 000 miles on it. I am the second owner. The car is in excellent condition, as you can see in the pictures. The windows are factory-tinted. Since I've owned it, it has been garaged and rarely driven in winter. 1996 was the final year of production for this car. The accident listed in the AutoCheck report involved a broken rear tail light, and a scuffed bumper cover: both replaced with new parts. This car has been equipped with Monroe severe service shocks up front, Severe service coilover shocks in the back, and an optional rear sway bar. It is also equipped with the optional tow package and limited-slip differential. It's not a Formula 1 car, but it is deceptively fast and corners very well. The LT-1 V8 looks and runs like new. It is also capable of 22 mpg on regular gas. The sound system is new: a JVC AM/FM/CD USB system, iPod compatible. The tires are near-new General Altimax 235/70/15. There is also a second set of wheels bearing 4 Bridgestone Blizzak 235/70/15 snow tires (also near-new): about $1000 worth of extra tires and rims. The car is for sale locally, and also listed on Craigslist in Rochester, NY, so the offer to sell it on eBay could end before the listing end-date. If you want it, make a reasonable offer or buy it now. If you want to drive this one home, I will pick you up at the Rochester airport (ROC) once payment is received and we arrange a mutually agreeable date and time. I've had inquires about repair records. Here goes: Oil and filter changes every 3, 000 miles without fail, air and fuel filters replaced 2015, New battery in 2014, Rustproofing (no drilling) 4 times in 5 years, New water pump in 2014, EGR valve replaced 2013, Fuel pump(new) in 2013, Front brake pads replaced 2014, New O2 sensors in 2010, A/C compressor and accumulator replaced in 2009 (worked to death in AZ??), Secondary air pump replaced in 2014. That's it.
I've had several inquiries from those in southern states who want the car without the extra rims or snow tires. I like the idea of this car going south, away from road salt, so if I get an offer of $6750 for the car alone, I'll accept it. I can easily sell the tires and rims here in NY. C'mon folks.
