Buick Skylark (1953)
for sale
Price: US $25,000.00
Price: US $25,000.00
The 1953 Skylark was created to mark Buick's 50th anniversary, [2] the
Roadmaster Skylark
as a top-of-the-line, limited-production specialty convertibles introduced in 1953 by General Motors to promote its design leadership. The Skylark had a production run of 1, 690 units in 1953 with only a couple hundred still around. My plans for this car was to build a mild resto-mod. The body is great it has been media blasted and The Skylark was media blasted and primed very solid body front to back. The floors have been replaced with floors from a 1953 Roadmaster. Same floor as a Skylark. The chrome is good on this car as well. I really wanted to keep this car, but I will not be able to finish so it has to go to someone who will make it great.
Please note that all sales are binding and final. The car is sold as-is with no warranty expressed or implied. Winning this auction does not entitle you to come inspect the car and decide if you want to buy it, but obligates you to complete the purchase! A $1000.00 deposit via PayPal is due within 24 hours of the auction close and final payment via wire transfer is due within 72 hours.
Transportation/Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
