Here is the fully forged LS6 build on a 2005 CTS-V with a shiny polished Magnacharger supercharger kit and liquid intercooler. We had a lot of favorites into this engine. Using Manley Performance H-Beam rods, Forged bottom end rated up to 1200RWHP, K1 Technologies 4340 forged crankshaft, and a custom MLT spec camshaft grind. Manley Performance 2618 Forged pistons, Clevite high performance main/rod/camshaft bearings, ARP Main studs, All of this in a BRAND NEW LS6 aluminum case (block). Fantastic build that ended up making around 589RWHP with 5PSI of boost from the supercharger!
Thats just the tip of the iceberg though,
as we did a nice head package as well. We have Comp cams dual valve-spring set, Comp Cams tool steel retainers, Comp cams Ultra-Gold 1.72 rocker arms, Comp Cams short travel lifters, Manley performance push rods, ARP head stud kit, and Cometic MLS gaskets all the way throughout the motor.ACT-HD performance-street Clutch+flywheel with a nice launch and a

This monster has been on the street now for 14 months with
ZERO
issues!This is truly one of my favorite vehicles I have ever owned with PRISTINE leather interior and heated front memory seats.beautifully up-kept showroom quality original black paint, FULL navigation system and sunroof, and Illuminated nitrous bottles in the trunk for show as they have been disconnected to the motor prior to the build (Dyno-tuned and mapped without nitrous).CARPETED spare tire bay with neon green LED's to illuminate nitrous bottles with transparent plexiglass cover (the last photo was taken prior to completion)Kooks 1 3/4 long tube headers, Corsa cat-back exhaust with powder coated mufflers to match the rest of vehicleK-sport suspension, Slotted rotors, (powder-coated) brembo brakes (powder coated) seven spoke OEM 18 OEM wheels on Hankook ventus 245-40R18 front and 265-45R18 in rear with plenty of meat left.5% tint on all 5 windows, 55% tint on windshield, Hotchkis sway-bars, Freshly painted front bumper (1200 miles ago) with zero rock chips, and a Moroso air/oil catch can to let the monster breathe even easier.
Truly one of a kind vehicle.

This monster is far too low to be loaded or towed with the front bumper on the vehicle!If you elect to ship this vehicle, it will arrive with the front bumper in the cabin with the hardware.
