Up for auction is our 64 Frankencaddy purchased couple years a go with the intent of driving the wheels off.. Time, priorities and too many irons in the fire forces sale.. The previous owner installed a 6.2 mid 80's diesel motor mated to a 4 speed tranny... roughly 35k miles on it so I was told, it has a glow plug switch to help start... Really runs good, has a little smoke when first start up but quickly clears up. . 9 rear end. Brakes have been reworked with newer front ball joints... rides like a caddy:)... I purchased new wheels and tires for it, they rub a little when turning sharp. Could use an air ride set up, sits low. I removed the hurst shifter and installed a shot gun shifter to compliment the craziness of this ride.. Gets hundreds of looks wherever it goes.. Body is very straight with very slight cosmetic imperfections. Flat black with a heavy metallic roof. Door handles had been shaved with a hand held key fob.. Interior is pretty nice has a few imperfections also, headliner is good... This is not a show quality ride, I wanted something that you wouldn't be scared to drive... Have previous owners title in hand, never transferred to me. .Thanks!
