Jesse James of West Coast Choppers customized four low riders and this is one of them.
This custom one-of-a-kind Cadillac Deville was customized by the West Coast Choppers team and is a low riding hopper.
It was sold to a close friend of mine, who is now willing to part with this car and one other custom West Coast Choppers low rider. To see that 1962 Impala, please click on my other auctions.
As you can see in the video below, she starts right up. There is a custom audio installation and two Pro-Hopper kits. It does need new batteries for the hydraulics.
As you can see in the photos, the interior is damn near excellent and the paint is in great shape.
