This is a very clean 1997 Cadillac Eldorado ETC (Eldorado Touring Coup) in excellent mechanical condition: Strong engine and transmission. Drive it anywhere with confidence! The Details
As you’re well aware the ETC is the difficult-to-find, more desirable model because of the increased engine performance with 275 HP at 5600 RPM and 300 ft-lbs of torque at 4000 RPMs. This ETC I’m selling not only gives you the amazing power and responsiveness of a luxury sports car, but this one is also “easy on the wallet” as it averages 18mpg City and 29 - 30mpg Highway.
The purchase will come with all of the original documentation, owner’s manuals, mint condition Cadillac sales brochure, the original production manifest and the window sticker that shows the suggested retail price of $47, 250.
This ETC has all power options that were offered by Cadillac. Some of the highlights include: 8-way power driver and passenger seat w/lumbar, driver seat memory, duel heated seats, duel climate control, rear AC/Heat, premium Bose stereo and speakers, sunroof and 10-disc CD changer.
I put a lot of money into it so that I could confidently market this car to buyers who don’t want to put any money into maintenance over the next several years of ownership. With your purchase you’ll receive receipts for all of the parts listed below as new.
Note: I am a very competent mechanic with over 25 years of experience maintaining my cars. The difference between me and your shop mechanic is that I’m a perfectionist with everything I do. I know how to actually diagnose the problem & isolate root cause as opposed to the shop mechanics who simply throw parts at it. I also follow all manufacturer instructions and torque specs with all work.

This car is rust free inside and out. If you would like to come and inspect prior to bidding, you’re more than welcome to borrow my jack so you can inspect the undercarriage and frame; in fact, feel free to bring your mechanic with you to do a full inspection.
Less than Mint
Everything on this car works just as it should and is in excellent shape apart from the list below of blemishes/imperfections:
Small tear (1.5” in length) on edge of driver’s seat (see picture). Could likely be sewn.Radio antenna does not fully retract; it extends all the way but doesn’t retract the last 5 inches. It’s a $40 part to replace and 15min easy-labor fix. The leather/vinyl dash pad has shrunk due to the sun and the plastic defroster vent does not fit the way it’s supposed to. It’s hardly noticeable but if you look carefully at the pictures you can see it. A replacement dash is $200-$250 on Ebay and it is a very simply job requiring 20 minutes labor. If you buy a replacement dash, I’ll install it for free or I can show you how to replace it. There is a tiny ding in driver front quarter panel that is about the size of a BB, again only noticeable if you really look hard (see picture).

Lastly, this Eldorado has a very healthy sounding engine; it runs very strong & quiet and it shifts perfect through all gears. Given the work that’s been done, the only mechanical work that I could possibly see needing done in the next 3+ years would be struts and shocks.

A $500.00 deposit is due via PayPal within 24 hours of end of auction. The remainder is due within 3 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours and/or $500 deposit is not received, I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
