Engine: Northstar 4.6L L37 300HP V8 . . Note: This is the original engine and has never had the heads removed. Engines which had heads removed had a tendency to pull head bolts and blow head gaskets. From the time of purchase I have always used Mobil 1 10W-30 synthetic oil and rarely add oil between oil changes.
