Take a look at this:
A 2006 XLR with exceptionally low mileage and in nearly new condition. It is a two owner car. I have had it for 1.5 years and driven it ~3500 miles. The car compares favorably to the 2006 Vette convertible, which I have also owned. The big difference is the refinement and elegance of the XLR. Not to mention the added benefit of an integral hard top. The handling and acceleration are virtually the same as the Vette, but the XLR’s interior quality and exterior lines are only seen in much more expensive automobiles. The XLR with the top up is as quiet as any sedan, yet push of a button allows you to deal with any weather or traffic condition.
This XLR is factory equipped, with no apparent modifications, including the original floor mats. The only exception, to my knowledge, is the GM battery which I had installed last Spring. The original manuals and window sticker are with the car. There are three key fobs, but two have yet to be programed (I purchased them separately last year). The exterior and interior are extremely clean with no apparent cosmetic flaws. The car has been recently detailed. The attached photos accurately represent its current condition. This XLR has been kept in a heated garage attached to a battery tender. The car has passed the annual state inspection requirements since it was originally purchased and most recently in April of 2015. In short, this is a terrific car which can be bought with confidence.
I am selling, because I recently purchased another car and have no convenient place to garage all three of my current vehicles. The title is clear and ready for immediate sale.
