It's Pennsylvania State Inspected & I Run It Regularly In The Summer Months & When There Are No Chemicals On The Road During The Winter. A Nice Driver. Has Power Steering But No Power Breaks. Mileage Shows 13, 000 But I'm Sure This Turned Over Who Knows How Many Times. 283 Runs Well & Uses No Oil Between Changes. Interior Is In Fair Condition. Back Seat, Headliner & The Door Panels Are In Decent Shape. The One On The Passenger's Side In The Rear Needs Replaced. The Front Seat Has Tears Along The Seam On The Driver's Backrest.
