Description:

RELISTED DUE TO UNRESPONSIVE WINNING BIDDER:

For your consideration is my 1954 Chevy 210. I've had this car for nearly 2 years and have enjoyed taking it to car shows and cruise nights. This is a very solid driver and should not be considered show quality. It has a few imperfections in the paint, but is very solid and rot free. The car is mostly original with the exception of the paint and interior color (originally green) and the column shifter that has been relocated to the floor.

In 2014 I replaced the following parts:
Rebuilt Starter
Re-cored original brass/copper radiator
Replaced all rubber hoses and belts
New thermostat
Rebuilt distributor with new vacuum advance
Rebuilt 1bbl Rochester carburetor
New fuel Pump
New Plugs and Wires.
Oil Change
Coolant flush
New 6 volt battery and heavy gauge battery cables
New brake cylinders, shoes, master cylinder and brake lines.
New gas tank, fuel lines and sending unit.
Previous owner installed true dual exhaust, with chrome tips, Cherry bombs and Fenton style headers (around 2009)

I've had a few inquires regarding the condition of the undercarriage, so I went out today and took some pictures of the underside. As you can see, it's very solid underneath. I also have a set of fender skirts, original radio, 6 volt battery tender and some other miscellaneous parts that will go with the car. I'm happy to answer any questions. Thanks for looking!

I forgot to mention earlier that all four doors have new weatherstripping. After washing the car today, I put some rubber conditioner on all the weatherstripping and the driver's door seems to be closing normally now. Awesome!

Hello again! I was asked to elaborate on the condition of the headliner. The headliner material itself is actually in good shape; it just wasn't installed properly, so there are wrinkles around the edges. Here's a picture.

I was asked about how the car cruises on the highway: Over the summer I would take the Chevy to work on Fridays. It was mixed traffic but mostly highway around 60 miles round trip. The car feels good cruising at 55-70mph. Never had an issue with it running hot, even on the hottest days in traffic.

“Solid car inside and out. Older paint job; nicks and chips hear and there. Only notable rust on the car is on the rear driver's wheel arch where there is bubbling in the paint (noted in picture). Floors, rockers, trunk, frame and rest of body is solid. Driver condition. The interior is nice; however, the headliner would need to be redone to be perfect. The car drives and stops as it should. I did notice some oil spotting on my garage floor. Looks like its coming from the oil pan gasket.”
