Description:
Project truck - ready to restore. Purchased in 1997 and driven for yard work, chores, & back up vehicle since. Needs work - sold as is. Smog exempt due to age in California. Odometer and gas gauge are broken. Truck is reliable. Extra transmission and Clymer shop manual included.
Truck is well loved but lack of power steering makes it difficult for me to drive now.
Not a mechanic, but ask me a question and Ill try to answer. Great buy for someone with skills to repair & restore.

| “1968 3/4 ton Chevy pick up - Straight side. Car is currently registered and runs well. Engine rebuilt in 2000 (have receipts) - truck driven minimally each year since (1000 or less miles). Odometer broken so cannot tell you mileage. Truck has backwards transmission (see photo of gear description) which does not affect performance. Comes with extra transmission if you wish to replace. (no warranty). This truck is ready to be restored. Has issues matching it's age. Some rust (see photos), torn upholstery, chips in windshield, gas gauge & odometer broken. Missing back bumper and tail light. I have owned this truck since 1997 and it's never let me down.” |
