So for sale is my 1995 Camaro Z28. T-top car with 105k miles on it (all work performed around ~95k). I bought it from the original owner. Have receipts for 9/10's of the work that's been done, all performed by Horsepower Sales of South FL. There has been over $20, 000 invested into this car as anyone who knows what these parts are worth can tell.

The good:
The car is running beautifully. Have dyno sheet showing 520whp on 10 psi and is now pullied and tuned by Jeremy Formato for around 14psi, no dyno numbers yet. Car is a monster yet still has cold a/c and pretty good street manners. I drive it around all the time and it puts a smile on my face everytime I let it loose.
The bad:
The car needs paint. The previous owner CAULKED the t-tops AND the hatch glass to prevent leaking...I shook my head just as you're probably doing when I found out. The interior is pretty clean aside from rips in the leather seats. Feel free to contact me for more pictures or information.
