The County requires PROOF OF INSURANCE if vehicle will be driven off the lot. Insurance not required if vehicle is towed. Purchaser is responsible for transportation from the County Fleet Maintenance lot. Buyer pays all transportation costs. The County is not responsible for and will not make any removal/transportation arrangements. These arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. The County will NOT be assisting with loading of auction vehicles or items. Buyer must make their own arrangements of loading items at the pickup site.
The County reserves the right to cancel any auction and notify bidders of such cancellation. The County will not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. Bids not meeting the reserve may not be awarded. All items being sold are subject to the General Sale Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference, and such other special terms and conditions as may be contained herein.
