Looking for that perfect winter project?
HERE IT IS!!!
My inability to finish a project is your opportunity Up for sale is a 60% completed Frame-Off restoration of a 1970 Chevrolet
Chevelle Malibu. Enjoy one of the best years of an American classic with the
performance upgrades of a modern supercar. Buy it now and have it completed for the 50th anniversary!
The GM Performance 502 Big Block was
professionally built and is topped with Holley’s Lingenfelter Series Aluminum
Oval Port heads, Lunati Roller Rocker Arms, a Lunati Performance Camshaft, and
a Holley 950 Commander Multipoint Fuel Injection system. Behind this 600+hp
torque monster is a Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch, a Lakewood blowproof
bellhousing, D&D Performance blueprinted Viper 6-Speed transmission, and a 12-bolt
main. This great combination provides classic muscle, late-model reliability, and fuel injection performance that will launch hard off the line, but still lope
along at highway speeds.
The suspension was hand-selected to
outperform late-model super cars. All new parts include Baer disc brakes (13”
front/12” rear), SPC Performance adjustable Upper Control Arms, deep Lower
Control Arms, Hotchkis arms, and American Touring Specialties Tall AFX Spindles
that give this ‘Velle a low and mean look that will out-corner most modern sports
cars.
All new hardware has either been
installed or is still in the marked AMK packs beside the 21 wire EZ Wiring fuse
box and wires. Lots of expensive extras will also be included with the full
price sale, including a set of six Classic Instruments All American Series
gauges, Cragar 5-spoke wheels, enough Bondo to cover any small issues, and
epoxy primer to prep the car for that perfect paint job. A coat of black epoxy
primer currently protects the sheetmetal, but there is still some bodywork that
needs to be done.
Nearly $20k invested. The engine alone is worth nearly $12k and the suspension cost
another $4k.
But where would the fun be if I finished it all for you? The front fenders need some smoothing or replacement, the left rear quarter has some rust at the wheel well, the right rear quarter has been dented and improperly repaired, the window channels have numerous rust spots that should be repaired, and the body needs a good paint job. The front window, carpet, and roof liner are not included. The entire car is put together loosely, but needs to be put back together properly. The engine and transmission should be reinstalled and a custom driveshaft may be required. There's a lot of small tasks that still need to be done, but this IS a project car! Car is sold AS IS.
Don't miss out on a great opportunity to build the car of your dreams or to finish an investment opportunity that will double your money.
