This was the car George Barris built back in the day to promote his new franchise shops where you could buy a t-buggy or parts to build your own - the plan was for dune buggies to be the new hot rods of the 1960's
George designed the Kustom steel tube chassis and this car has a Covair engine
I have all the original documtation on this car and photos through the restoration
Fully restored to concourse quality by Advanced Restorations in Sacramento, CA
Chassis and suspension parts are powder coated
PPG Acrylic Urethane paint in bright yellow
Custom pinstriped logos
White Allante custom interior with a diamond stich pattern and custom embossed ABS covered side panels
