Up for sale today I have my 2000 C5 corvette finished in rare Navy blue metallic with light oak interior. Less than 2, 300 were made in this color. When this car was built no expense was spared this car was loaded to the gills for a 2000 including climate control, lexan targa top, paint to match targa top, bose sound system, magnetic ride control, memory seats, power driver and passenger seats, sport seats, cargo net and much more. The only option that the original owner did not chose with a set of Magnesium wheels which I have added to this car to complete the ultimate 2000 corvette. The previous owner added a corsa exhaust center panel and blue shift knob.
I have owned this car for the last two years and have driven it only 9, 000 miles in that time. It has never given me any problems and drives like a car that is half the age and has half the miles. I have changed the oil every 3 mouths on the dot and have not had to make any repairs to it what so ever. The car runs cool and has good oil pressure.The transmission shifts well with little effort The car stops on a dime the rear tiers have 40% tread and the front has 60% tread left.I would take this car cross country tomorrow and not think twice.
The car shows well the paint is in nice shape for being 15 years old but does show some minor paint chips and there is ware on the rocker panels. The pop up lights work flawlessly. The interior has next to no ware and the leather is supple and this car does not have the typical corvette bolster breakage. The dash lights up as it should the radio works flawlessly. The climate control works and can be set for driver and passenger comfort. This car has heads up display witch I think is one of the best features that can be had in any car I very rarely look at the dash. The only thing that is wrong on the interior is two lights behind two buttons to the left of the dash cluster are out.
This car is in great shape and would make a great daily driver or a weekend car. I have owned and driven many corvettes and the C5 is my favorite body style it is the most comfortable to drive out of the pop up light corvettes. The only reason this car is for sale is because I am looking for a Z06. I am in no rush to sell this car so please no crazy 5000 offers.
Payment is to be made in full one week after the auctions end with a $500 deposit due at purchase.
