Car was repainted in Medium Spiral Gray Metallic (2004 corvette) during the 2011 restoration with a high-quality re-spray and the paint looks just as good today as it did then.

T-Tops, which store behind seats in protective covers are in perfect condition and install/remove very easily.

| “1970 Corvette Stingray. It is a frame-off restoration; not to original specs, but restored to be driven. We built this to go road racing. Every nut and bolt has been replaced. I have the original numbers matching engine that will go with the car (needs to be rebuilt). It has a Chevy 406 small block engine 364HP/458 ft. LBS of torque. Muncie M-21 trans with Hays clutch and pressure plate. Rebuilt rear end with 3.70 gear set. The frame has been sand blasted and powder coated for longevity. No rust. All new heavy duty suspension with stiffer springs and polyurethane bushings. Rebuilt upper and lower control arms. New ball joints. New idler arm, steering center link and tie rod ends. Rebuilt trailing arms, oversized sway bars front and rear. New brake lines and fuel lines, new gas tank and sending unit. New calipers and rotors. New 18” Boss wheels and Hankook tires. Interior is in very good shape with new seat covers and carpeting. All gauges work except the clock.” |
