Up for sale is a 1959 El Camino body and rolling frame. It has a clear Texas title that matches the VIN.
The car is rot free. Any rust was cut out and replaced with good metal. The floors are all new.
The car is down to bare metal and has noting to hide. It is stored inside.
This car was being built by a person with a custom idea in mind. It was going to be fully shaved of moldings and trim.
The tailgate was welded up and converted to Impala lights. The trim was welded on. Any thing done could be reversed.
The car would be an excellent base to build a nice car. I do not have the time or space to build it.
This auction is for the shell and rolling frame. It includes the doors and all the suspension that makes it a roller.
The black car pictured is what is was going to resemble. The front clip I have is already done just like it and finished.
IT DOES NOT include other parts, although I have every part to complete the car. I have the complete (nosed) front end, interior,
V-8 and 3spd. tranny, split bench seat, new glass, trim, disc conversion for the front, chrome bumpers, splash pans, lights, spare tailgate,
steering column with wheel, dash gauges, gas tank, drive shaft, core support, headliner, 1959 manuals, and boxes upon boxes of parts.
I also have a custom rotisserie that was modified just for it.
I hate to sell it, but I have no choice. It is located in North Houston, Texas 77388
The car rolls easy and can be loaded for transport. The tires are newer and hold air. Any and all shipping or moving is on the buyer.
I could deliver within 250 miles of Houston for a flat fee, paid in advance.
