NOTE TO ALL DEALERS: We do not wholesale vehicles, this will be a retail sale. You will be required to pay a documentation fee and title fee. Cash or cashier's check is the only acceptable form of payment. Please bid accordingly.
Winning bidder must contact us by phone within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. The deposit can be made through paypal or credit card over the phone. Paypal is for deposit only, balance in cash or cashier's check. The remainder is due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 2006 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup of this vehicle within 7 days of auction end. You may pick up your vehicle on any day except Sundays. You will need to schedule an appointment to pick up your car. A $50.00 per day storage fee will be added for every day after 7 days. All vehicles come with one key unless expressed otherwise in the description. Please understand this is a pre-owned vehicle. It may have chips, dings, scratches and some other imperfections not listed. Our South Carolina dealer license allows us to do all paper work at our location only. The vehicle title will be mailed to you. You must be a United States citizen and provide a social security number to purchase. We do not accept trade ins on eBay vehicles.
We can arrange the shipment of vehicles at the BUYER'S expense. Smith Marine and Auto, any of its affiliates, partners, heirs, or assigns is not liable for any damages incurred by any such shipping company.

Fee and Tax Information:
There is a documentary fee that is 10% of the purchase price with a maximum fee of $250.00, $15.00 for a title and $18.50 for a 45 day temp tag. I will need proof of insurance to issue a 45 day tag. South Carolina residents must pay sales tax. Title will be mailed to you. You may or may not get a tax credit in your home state. Check with your local Department of Motor Vehicles for more information.
