1959 Chevrolet 3100 Apache
Short Bed Step Side
GM target master 350 crate motor, miles unknown, runs strong.
TH 350 Automatic Transmission
Inspected with good tags till 04/2017.
Clear TX title in my name
All original suspension
6 lug steel wheels with new tires
Stainless 18 gallon fuel cell in back with electric fuel pump.
Has modern A C unit under dash but not hooked up to work anymore., needs compressor .
New wiper motor installed under dash works great.
Interior metal , doors and dash have been stripped to bare metal and sealed with SPI black epoxy primer.
The bench seat is in great shape.
Original drum brakes.
The truck has some minor issues like:
Original 3 on tree shifter is converted to shift the automatic trans , It could use a new floor shifter to be better.
The drum brakes work like they should but power disc brakes would be a good upgade for it.
The motor mounts need replaced. Solid motor mounts would be better. You just have to be easy on it off the line right now.
Driver side glass is cracked along with the front windshield is old and needs a new one .
Its a old farm truck with lots of patina. Has some minor rust holes on floor and lower driver door nothing major. Its a good solid truck for its age, I drive this truck all over the place. I get about 20 thumbs up a day. Selling because I have other cars I want to get started on. It would be a great project for someone looking to work on and do some upgrades to an already running classic truck.
