I have for sale a 1993 chevy Silverado with 188k miles, it runs amazing and its stick shift and it goes through all the gears smoothly. It has new rear shocks and the rear end was just rebuilt so it rides really smooth. It needs nothing if you want to drive it how it is or you could clean it up a bit and get new fenders but otherwise it runs amazing and will take you just about anywhere.
