We have owned this Suburban for 2.5 years. It has been a great family vehicle. It has some scratches as most 2004's do. The doors open well. However, the rear window does not open correctly. We removed the rear window shocks. It works just fine for everyday use. Recent updates: Oil Change, Front alignment, Replaced rear door shock, New Tires (Fall/2014), U Joint (last Summer), Front (including rotors), and Rear Brakes, New radio with CD player, Air Filter. Seats are Tan leather and in great shape, front drivers seat has some wear on the side. There are some scratches on both sides of the suburban and price reflects those. My feedback has been very good on anything that I have sold.
