Deposit and Payment:
A $500.00 Non-Refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction via PayPal. Balance is payable by cash or cashier's check and due within 7 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 2006 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup of this vehicle within 7 days of auction end. You will need to schedule an appointment to pick up your car. A $50.00 per day storage fee will be added for every day after 7 days. Our Ohio dealer license allows us to do all paper work at our location only. The vehicle title will be mailed to you. You must be a United States citizen and provide a social security number to purchase.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Ask us for a buy it now price.

Fee and Sales Tax:
Ohio Residents pay Sales Tax for the county they live in. Residents of the following states will have to pay Ohio sales tax: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan and South Carolina. You may or may not get a tax credit in your home state. Check with your local Department of Motor Vehicles for more information. YOU WILL NOT BE PAYING YOUR SALES TAX TWICE...it is a one-time payment and will be shown on your bill of sale and title. In some cases your state tax is greater than what's listed and you will be responsible to pay the difference in your state when you register your car.
There is a fee of $18.50 for a 45 day temp tag. I will need proof of insurance to issue a 45 day tag.
NOTE: You will receive the title in the mail 14-21 business days after transaction is complete. The title will be transferred into your name or business name prior to being mailed, no exceptions

This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed, written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle
and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Please message me to arrange a time to come see it and take it for a test drive.

If you do not see the manual, floor mats, spare keys, or other accessories in our photographs, the vehicle may not come with them.

Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, floormats, CD cartridges, etc..., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories.
These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or right here on eBay for a few dollars.***
Shipping and Delivery

All shipping charges are the Buyer's responsibility.
We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!
Licensed Carriers are generally insured, please check your carriers insure limits prior to booking.
We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom.
All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the Carrier and not with us.
The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the Carrier selected. Twisted Rod, LLC shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by transporter cancelations, mechanical issues on the transport vehicle, weather, traffic and any/all reasons for which a vehicle pick up/delivery fault is caused.
Verify with the Carrier for an Estimated Time of Arrival to be sure.
All obligations pursuant to this contract/purchase shall be performed in Trumbull County, Ohio. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Trumbull County and all obligations of purchasers to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Trumbull County, Ohio. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be conducted in Trumbull County, Ohio.
