Chrysler Sebring (2003)
for sale
Price: US $1,000.00
Price: US $1,000.00
Selling my 2003 Chrysler Sebring LX. Bought it in 2011 for my ex-wife as a daily driver. Built it for her, served her well. Then I had to buy it back in the divorce. I did that only because I knew what kind of condition it was in and what I had done to make it that way. So it's been a backup to my daily driver for a few years now. I've remarried and we have a son with another on the way. So unfortunately it's time to sell the Sebring and get a mini-van. Something I never thought I'd say, but there it is. I don't really want to sell it, but family takes precedence, so away it must go. I'm open to a mini-van trade, but I suspect that there won't be too many folk looking to downsize.
At a glance:
2003 Sebring, 4 door, black, dark gray interior (cloth)
6 cylinder flex fuel, automatic transmission
Clean title in my name
134, XXX miles as of today
Passed inspection two Saturdays agoSunroofLow reserve-to-value
Ok so here's the list of what I've done to it since purchasing it in 2011 (with 103, XXX on the odometer). I have a file on the car with receipts for everything I've done since owning it. That'll convey to the new owner if they're interested in that sort of thing. The list, or what I can remember as I write this at midnight (I've already been looking at mini-vans for a while...):
-Rebuilt the engine
-Transmission flush
-Brake fluid flush (waste of money, but I did it anyway)
-Diff flush
-Upgraded the wheels from steelies with hubcaps to aluminum alloys
-New tires (2015)
-Replaced the fuel sender and pump (had to drop the tank)
-New rotors (front) and pads all around-Rear rotors turned
-New starter
-New trunk struts
-New headlights
-Fuel injector service
-New battery (twice in 6+ years, which is normal)
-New windshield wipers-Routine oil changes and tire rotations (just changed the oil on Saturday)
That's all I can remember right now. Items outstanding that I was going to do if I had kept the Sebring, which was the plan until my wife said I'm pregnant:
-Retint the windows
-Touchup 2 spots of the exterior paint
Everything works on the car; A/C, heat, electric windows, electric driver's seat, electric door rear view mirrors, electric sunroof, visor lights, etc. Have some spare parts for it too. They'd go with the car to the new buyer if interested. Free to ask questions if you have them. Thanks. Gonna take another quick look-see at the mini-vans ...
I reserve the right to end the auction early, as I have the Sebring for sale locally too.
